The English Language Teaching (ELT) Department successfully conducted its Professional Development Week from\u00a0September 18\u201324, 2025<\/b>, bringing together all ELT academic staff for a series of meetings, workshops, and discussions aimed at preparing for the upcoming academic year.<\/div>\n
The primary objective of the professional development activities was to review, evaluate, and enhance departmental practices, including course syllabi, teaching materials, handbooks, assessment procedures, and academic policies. The sessions provided a valuable opportunity for staff members to reflect on current practices, address challenges, and implement improvements that will contribute to the quality of teaching, learning, and academic administration within the department.<\/div>\n
