(IRO) was established in 2013. It is a unit which aims the exchange of students between the higher education institutions of other countries. The Office currently offers Exchange Program for the students and the academic staff as well as involving the international projects. Dr Mustafa Altun introduced International Relations Office and orientated ELT Third Grade students on how to apply and achieve opportunities to study abroad.
