The purpose of the event was to support and promote the #Mercy Corner 2022 Project.<\/p>\n<p>The Dean of Students organises food fundraising projects each year, in which both students and staff prepare and sell all types of food, desserts, drinks, and more. Student volunteers actively take part in this event and participate in various activities that range from cuisine preparation to the organisation and administration of the event, providing them with a broader vision to help understand the value of social responsibilities and promote inner devotion towards humanity.<\/p>\n<p>The event was arranged for the purpose of collecting financial support for IDPs and refugees. With the help of all volunteers who worked very hard to acquire a great amount of financial support for the fundraising event, we are happy to announce that approximately 3,914,167 USD were collected.
