The Mission of the Biology Education B.Sc. degree program is to prepare students for employment in various biology related areas and professional growth in the biological sciences by providing them a comprehensive coursework, hands-on laboratory training, educational field experiences, and opportunities for research, internships, and cooperative education.<\/p>\n

Our Objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2022 Graduates will be competent in scientific reasoning and problem solving across the spectrum of disciplines within biology.
\n\u2022 Graduates will be able to teach the principles and fundamental concepts of biology.
\n\u2022 Graduates will be prepared for a wide variety of postgraduate opportunities, professional training programs and jobs in any area of biology.
\n\u2022 Graduates will be prepared for alternative education in the area of Biology through undergraduate research and internships.
